Returns and Exchanges
Student Uniform Policy:
We gladly accept returned merchandise within 90 days of purchase. It must not have been worn, altered, washed or changed in any way from its original form. All labels must be attached. We will quickly replace or exchange for size, color or defect. We will always give you a full refund for any item returned as described above.
Please include your name and order number when shipping items back to us. The return shipping charge is your responsibility. You are welcome to return items to our retail store
Faculty Uniform Policy:
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items cannot be washed, worn or altered and must have tags attached. All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
